> In 1998, NOAA's Sewells Point tide gauge recorded water high enough for FloodRoute's model to put at least one Norfolk road at risk on 24 days. The highest was 6.58 ft on Thursday, February 5, 1998, 4.35 ft above the tide tables, with 151 roads at risk, including West City Hall Avenue, South Mowbray Arch and Dinwiddie Street.
