# FloodRoute > FloodRoute forecasts which streets in US coastal towns flood at high tide and during king tides: when, how badly and for how long. It combines NOAA tide predictions, measured street elevations and live NOAA gauge readings. Free live maps on the web and a free iPhone app. Coastal tidal flooding only: not river, creek or flash floods. FloodRoute is made in Marin County, California, by Marc Hoag / Skyriven Studios, a project of Axiomic, LLC (contact@axiomic.ai). Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees: never drive or walk through flood water. FloodRoute has live maps for 39 coastal towns and neighborhoods in 6 states.
